Hydration station? More like a hydration celebration. Back by popular demand, the ‘Drink More Water’ Hydration Hop returns this June with a fresh lineup of bars, cocktails, and bites that’ll keep your spirits high and your hangover low.

That's right – we're teaming up with Pernod Ricard again to bring you yet another unique bar hop across two nights on June 24 and 26. This specially curated tour takes you to four bars each night, where you can sip exclusive cocktails crafted with Pernod Ricard spirits. And because we’re all about staying hydrated and drinking responsibly, there will be lower alcohol content, non-alcoholic options, and plenty of water to keep you refreshed, thanks to Maison Perrier’s new range of sparkling water.

There are also bar bites, free transport on the second night (because you won’t need one on the first), and limited-edition goodie bags. Here’s to having your cocktail and drinking it too, but without the dreaded dehydration. Read on to find out more.

What is ‘Drink More Water’?

As the name suggests, Pernod Ricard’s ‘Drink More Water’ campaign is a reminder to stay hydrated and drink responsibly while enjoying your favourite tipples. After all, water helps your body process alcohol, keeps your head clear, and ensures you actually remember the good times. So go ahead – raise your cocktail glass, but don’t forget to raise one with water too.

When is the ‘Drink More Water’ Hydration Hop happening?

Mark your calendars – the ‘Drink More Water’ Hydration Hop is set to run on June 24 and 26, from 7.15pm to 11pm each night. Choose your adventure – attend either night or double the fun by joining both.

June 24: Brooklyn Bar, Employees Only, Silly Goose, Stay Gold Flamingo

Tell me more about the bars we’re hitting up

If you like your drinks with a side of East Coast hip-hop beats and tip-top bites, Brooklyn Bar hits all the right notes with its New York vibes, craft cocktails, and street eats like burgers and pizzas. And speaking of the Big Apple, we can’t skip on Employees Only. This semi-hidden gem – literally tucked behind a fortune teller’s lair – combines the best of pub, bar, and speakeasy cool.

Keeping things playful, we’re also shaking things up at Silly Goose, where offbeat drinks and cheeky names make it a fan favourite for fun nights out. And if you need to dial it down a little, let dual-concept bar Stay Gold Flamingo rope you into its sleek, neon-lit drinking lounge with a rock and roll attitude.

Since all the bars are just a short stroll apart, there won’t be transport provided between venues for this night – consider it a chance to stretch your legs and soak in the city vibes between sips.

What’s on the cocktail menu?

Brooklyn Bar is serving up a slice of tropical fun with Spring Break at Brooklyn Bar, a heady mix of peach liqueurs, orange bitters, tequila, and Malibu. At Employees Only, savour Mr. Big, a fruity and creamy concoction featuring butter-washed Havana Club seven-year rum, papaya vermouth, banana oleo, lemon juice, and soda. Silly Goose’s Silly Highball is your refreshing mid-hop fix, with notes of plum and coffee cream mingling unexpectedly well with Jameson and umeshu. And if you’re in need of a sweet treat, Stay Gold Flamingo’s decadent Alexander Frappe features Monkey 47 gin blended with chocolate chai, Cacao Brun, and pistachio cream.

Will there be snacks with my sips?

Of course! Brooklyn Bar is bringing serious munch appeal with fries fried in beef tallow and dusted with umami goodness, and crispy pork bites that are gloriously crunchy, fatty, and full of flavour. Employees Only keeps it casual and comforting with crispy mozzarella balls, buffalo skins, and earthy mushroom bruschetta. Silly Goose offers up juicy duck bao and sambal-laced sprouts. And at Stay Gold Flamingo, expect a fiery finish with mala quail eggs and smoky padron peppers served alongside confit garlic mayo.

June 26: NOST, ATLAS, HighHouse, Stay Gold Flamingo

Tell me more about the bars we’re hitting up

On the second hop, we’re taking you to NOST, a cosy, low-lit cocktail cocoon lodged in one of the shophouses in Club Street. On the flipside, you’ll also get to soak up the grandeur of ATLAS, Singapore’s Art Deco gin temple, where the cocktails are as extravagant as the interiors.

Then elevate your night at HighHouse – quite literally on levels 61 and 62 at One Raffles Place. This sky-high spot impresses with stunning city views, slick interiors, and bar bites worth the lift ride alone. And because we can’t get enough of Stay Gold Flamingo, we’re heading back there for the second time – but with a different treat, of course.

Free transport will be provided to shuttle you from one bar to the next.

What’s on the cocktail menu?

NOST’s Zappel is a crisp mix of Glenlivet apple cider, fino sherry, and celery tonic water. At ATLAS, the S.W. Tönikum tickles the tastebuds with a layered blend of Monkey 47 Gin, cherry, chocolate, vanilla, and Perrier that’s fruity, creamy, and beautifully complex. HighHouse’s Monk in the Jungle shakes things up with Havana 7 and monk fruit tea. Back at Stay Gold Flamingo, the Bloody Maria packs a punch with Codigo 1530 mezcal, kagome tomato, lemon, firewater, and saline for a spicy, smoky finish.

Will there be snacks with my sips?

You bet there are. NOST serves up the cheekily named Wagwan Bakwan – corn fritters jazzed up with scallions and carrot – and a deeply fudgy Nost Brownie topped with sea salt espuma. Over at ATLAS, you’ll get truffled polenta croquettes with porcini salt and parmigiano reggiano, as well as a very special treat: popcorn cream cone. At HighHouse, it’s a proper feast with buttermilk fried prawns in sweet-and-sour sauce and sticky lamb ribs piled high on fried potato salad, then topped with garlicky XO sauce. Stay Gold Flamingo’s spicy-savoury combo of mala quail eggs and padron peppers makes a welcome return.

Apart from food and drinks, what else can I expect at the Hydration Hop?

As a thank you, you’ll receive an exclusive Time Out tote bag filled with a mix of different goodies from Pernod Ricard – think Jameson tees, KI NO BI coasters, Jacob’s Creek wine stoppers, Beefeater cups, Malfy drawstring bags, water bottles and more.

How much are the tickets and how do I sign up?
