A rebel of an izakaya, Chef Angus Chow brings an extensive collection of varied work experiences into the kitchen. While the menu teems with wilfulness from European meets Japanese with the occasional Spanish amigo making a guest appearance, the sake menu is deliberate and it adopts a no-holds-barred stance in casting the first impression. Enter the venue and you’ll be greeted by a sprawling library of custom made fridges housing a full spectrum of sake as you traverse to the chefs counter. It’s okay to gawp.
