Johnnie Walker Blue Label

An extraordinary Scotch whisky for extraordinary occasions, Johnnie Walker Blue Label is a mix of unique single malts blended in perfect harmony, using some of the rarest casks from Johnnie Walker's reserves. Only one in every 10,000 casks has the exceptional quality and character to deliver the remarkable signature taste of Blue Label. This luxurious blend shines with the velvety smoothness of vanilla, honey, and rose petals, culminating in a long, lingering finish. Best savoured neat or with a splash of water to unlock its depth of flavour.

How to make: Blue Manhattan

This elevated riff on the classic Manhattan showcases the velvety complexity of Johnnie Walker Blue Label. With sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters, the cocktail is rich, smooth, and undeniably luxe – perfect for jazzy dinner parties that turn into late-night storytelling sessions.

Ingredients

40ml Johnnie Walker Blue Label
20ml sweet vermouth
1 dash of Angostura bitters

Method

1. Stir with ice until beautifully chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
3. Serve neat for maximum elegance, or with a side of ice if you want to keep it cool without watering it down. Either way, it’s a drink that deserves your best glassware – and your best stories.

Johnnie Walker Black Label

A true icon in the world of Scotch whisky, Johnnie Walker Black Label is a masterful blend of single malt and grain whiskies from more than 29 distilleries, each aged for at least 12 years. Sourced from the four corners of Scotland, this whisky tickles the tastebuds with deep layers of sweet fruit, spice, and vanilla, all wrapped in a cloak of smoke. Its rich, smooth character makes it the perfect choice for an everyday dram, whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the star ingredient in classic and contemporary cocktails.

How to make: The Crisp Citrus Johnnie and Lemon

This highball is basically sunshine in a glass. The effervescent fizz of lemonade meets the smoky, fruity richness of Johnnie Walker Black Label, delivering a citrus-forward serve that’s light and refreshing. This is best served with sun-dappled smiles and some acoustic beats in the background.

Ingredients

50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
150ml lemonade
Lemon peel and sprig of lemon verbena

Method

1. Pour the ingredients into a highball glass over ice and give it a stir.
2. Garnish with a lemon peel and a sprig of lemon verbena.

How to make: Johnnie Whisky Smash

A citrus cocktail with a little drama – in a good way. The sweet-tart zing of blood orange pairs perfectly with the warmth of Johnnie Walker Black Label, which brings subtle vanilla and spice to the party. It’s juicy, jammy, and just the right side of sophisticated – great for golden hour catch-ups.

Ingredients

50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
Half of blood orange (cut into segments)
15ml vanilla syrup
A quarter of lemon

Method

1. Muddle the citrus in a shaker, add the whisky and syrup, then shake with ice until chilled.
2. Pour everything into a glass – fruit and all – and top with extra ice if needed.
3. Garnish with a blood orange wheel and prepare for compliments.
