Bring on the celebrations because this year’s Negroni Week is back. From September 12 to 18, top bars and drink makers all around the island will come together to celebrate the timeless recipe: gin, vermouth, and of course, Campari.
Special renditions of the classic tipple will also be reimagined by various bars in Singapore. Bartenders are challenged to create the Bartender’s Handshake, a way of welcoming guests with a small serve cocktail or shot. Timothy Aw from The Bar at 15 Stamford, Shelley Tai from Nutmeg & Clove, Mel John Chavez from Smoke & Mirrors and Atlas’ Lidiyanah K will be serving their own twist of the Handshake Negroni. Bars will also be donating a portion of the proceeds from the event to their charity of choice. The celebrations can be enjoyed at home too with bottled Negronis and do-it-yourself kits on promotion until the end of September.
