Bartender Adam Bursik, the easy-to-spot, hard-to-miss former bar manager of the now defunct The Library now runs the show at Origin Grill & Bar. The current cocktail menu titled 'Infinity' is inspired by bartenders' neverending far-fetched ideas, with 18 signature tipples that highlight different mixology techniques. Standouts include FAQ Plastic ($27), a peach, oolong and cranberry wine blend served on a coaster made from wast collected on the beaches of Singapore. Then there's the Ma To Ma To ($26), featuring distilled ketchup, gin, mezcal, and furikake in a combination that's equal parts sweet, salty, acidic, and umami all at once. These are accompanied by solid bar bites from the adjacent and much-loved Origin Grill.
