Proof & Company's latest hotel bar project is at the art-driven Vagabond Hotel, where their flair for sourcing craft and rare ingredients will be showcased in cocktails, sipping spirits, coffee and tea. Heading the programme here is Mexican import, Mauricio Allende, who's picked up his experience back home, Canada and in Finland, where he created his own HelsinGin with Finnish botanicals and spirit from Kyrö Distillery.
This bar is housed within the Vagabond Salon at the hotel, where The Unlisted Collection's 5th Quarter feeds patrons with its premium meats.
