And you can do exactly that in the comfort of Singapore (sorry, no free air tickets involved). From August 17 to 15 November, the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) are rolling out the IHG Culinary Journey. Diners at IHG hotels and resorts across Asia, Middle East and Africa will get to try special set menus featuring dishes created by IHG Culinary Ambassadors.

Seven chefs have designed menus for the culinary adventure – Sam Leong, Ross Lusted, Ian Kittichai, Vikas Khanna, Takagi Kazuo, Dean Brettschneider and Theo Randall. Expect a whole myriad of dishes to whet different tastebuds. Where else will you see Sam Leong's wasabi prawns on the same menu as Dean Brettschneider's sourdough pizza, or Vikas Khanna's masala chai brulee next to Takagi Kazuo's fruit amitzo and green tea ice cream?

Before you commit to devouring the different sets, remember to save some stomach space for the specially-paired wines from Penfolds and Wolf Blass, or cocktails from BAR150 in collaboration with Pernod Ricard.

To take part in the international culinary adventure, visit the restaurants at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, Holiday Inn Orchard City Centre, InterContinental Singapore and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport. Satisfy your stomach without having to fly all the way to Nairobi.
