Celebrate the beauty of spring with a series of gastronomic dinners with Perrier-Jouët. The next dinners will be held at Buona Terra ($148) on May 25, where guests will be treated to a five-course Italian meal featuring dishes like scallop tartare with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and seared sea bass with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rose 2006, and Yan on June 8 where they can savour the restaurant’s signature roast suckling pig with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2008.

Each collaborative dinner held at restaurants such as Zafferano, 28Wilkie, Yan, Tamarind Hill, Table at 7 and one-Michelin-starred The Kitchen at Bacchanalia combines art with cuisine. The restaurants will showcase seasonal ingredients paired with some of the most precious vintages of Perrier-Jouët. The Seasons of Gastronomy kicked off with a lunch at Flutes where influencers and media partners enjoyed an exquisite meal with dishes such as crab wrapped in avocado and grilled pork served with poached pear. The natural sweetness of these dishes paired perfectly with the bright, fruit-forward notes of the champagnes. You’ll also be able to try rare bottles from private collections such as the Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs 2004 by Japanese Artist Ritsue Mishima, Perrier-Jouët Art of Vintage 1982, 1985 1996, and the seasonal Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Edition Autumn 2005 during your Seasons of Gastronomy dinner.

The iconic champagne house was founded in 1811 by a couple in love: Pierre-Nicolas Perrier et Rose Adelaide Jouët. Together, they set out to create the more refined and elegant champagne of the region. Its signature cuvee, the Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque, is fresh and floral – a motif highlighted on its iconic bottle, which is adorned with Japanese anemone imagined by Art Nouveau pioneer, Emile Gallé, in 1902. Experience a new marriage between haute cuisine and sophisticated cuvees done in the chic and polished style of the House of Perrier-Jouët. New Season of Gastronomy dinners are constantly being added, so keep your eyes on Perrier-Jouët's website to snag your seat.
