You would think that poetry and professional wrestling would make for uneasy bedfellows. Not so. Just ask literary non-profit organisation Sing Lit Station and Grapple Max Dojo. The two have come together to present Sing Lit Body Slam – the world's first pro wrestling showcase featuring spoken word artists.
Cheer and whoop as unlikely tag-teams of wrestler and poet face off against each other in what might be the most ridiculously brilliant event Singapore has ever seen.
Sing Lit Body Slam is happening on October 6 & 7 at Aliwal Arts Centre.
