Named after its street address, this charming bar perched on the third floor of a shophouse in Boat Quay has plenty of space and high tables where you can nurse a cold drink while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Singapore River, Marina Bay Sands and the Flyer. Pop by for their theme nights ('Back to the '80s', 'Studio 54' and 'Bollywood Boom Box' are just some of them), or for a bite – the chef's favourite dish is the green chillis stuffed with potato and flour, but we'd also recommend the cheese naan ($7) and crispy calamari rings ($8).
