Nelly’s slick, timber-and-tile-clad decor may not have that authentic Irish pub look, but it’s still a cosy joint, where you can enjoy a quiet drink. There are eight beers on tap, including Guinness and Old Speckled Hen, and margaritas are suitably strong. Food-wise, the spicy chicken drumlets and Mexican salsa with corn chips are commendable, but give a wide berth to the bland potato wedges with chilli-crab dip. Happy hour ends at 8pm.
