Local art café pioneer Arteastiq puts up a new set of easels at Quayside Isle with Museo, where social painters can spend an unlimited amount of time working on their masterpieces. But after the acrylic dries, out come the unique drink options, like The Alexis ($18), a diet-conscious cocktail that infuses Japanese sencha into gin for its base. Try the theatrical super-cooled beers and ciders ($11-$13), which turn near-magically into slush when knocked firmly against a surface. Food options come in the form of fine dining dishes like appetiser The Joys of Life ($12), a smoked and roasted pork belly served with hot sauce, and main option grilled pork tenderloin and crispy pork belly ($29) from the special Mezzanine menu that comes served in cups to minimise the disruption to the creative flow.
