The Educated Imbiber 3: Rum

The third edition of Bacchanalia’s The Educated Imbiber dinner series focuses on rum pairings (after putting the spotlight on vodka and gin in the first two events). Along with Bacchanalia’s restaurant and bar crew, local drinks distributor Proof & Company and the team behind 28HKS will be on hand as well. The night starts with a briefing on rum’s history and varieties (expect some tiki torches and plenty of pirate flair in this edition), followed by a blind tasting of four artisanal examples, and a three-course dinner designed by Fat Duck-alum Ivan Brehm just for the theme.
