Time Out says

For the month of May, T.H.E Dance Company is releasing the full-length archival footage of Invisible Habitudes as part of its 2020 fundraising efforts. Invisible Habitudes, the first full-length ticketed dance performance at Esplanade Outdoor Theatre – was originally performed in October 2018. The performance was commissioned by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay as part of da:ns festival 2018. The production has also toured around the globe, from the Laiks Dejot Festival in Riga, Latvia to the Florence Dance Festival, presented in collaboration with Fabbrica Europa in Florence, Italy.

If you're a dancer or dance lover, this is one virtual show you shouldn't miss. The performance was created using T.H.E Dance Company’s “hollow body” methodology, an improvisation-based approach that focuses on the relationship between the mind, body and heart. In it, the body is a hollow container that carries an individual's world. Invisible Habitudes tells the story of a fluid identity woven from memory, childhood, culture and ethnicity.

The archival footage is available on Vimeo from May 7 to May 20, and the full performance lasts around 1 hour 19 minutes – so it would be a refreshing change to your usual Netflix series. If you've enjoyed the online stream and can afford it, do consider contributing to T.H.E Dance Company's, as the company needs your support now more than ever.
