Instead of Netflix and chillin' on your own couch, take your film-watching experience to greater heights at Marina Bay Sands’ Cinewav Movies in the Sky. This outdoor silent cinema lets you catch the latest blockbuster accompanied by the glittering city views. The cinema is located on top of Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck – 56-storeys high up, and you can choose from a specially curated selection of movies.
From June 9 to July 2, Movies in the Sky will screen a total of 12 movies. Titles include Free Guy, Little Women, Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings and Spider-Man: No Way Home among other movies. Cosy up on recliner floor sofas every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8.30pm, and indulge in snacks as you watch your movie. Tickets for the screenings cost $48 per person, which includes an entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck as well. Moviegoers can also purchase snacks and drinks from the CÉ LA VI kiosk right beside the screenings. The kiosk only runs from Wednesdays to Fridays, between 4pm and 10.30pm.
Please note that you are not allowed to bring outside food and drinks to the venue. You will also need to bring your own headphones along to the event. You can book your tickets from Klook. Each session is limited to 100 people.
