Azur at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Changi Airport goes retrospective for their National Day celebrations. As you step in, snack on traditional local snacks like steamed tutu kueh, kachang puteh, muah chee and goreng pisang at the counter decked out to look like a pasar malam (night market) stall. Inside, the buffet counters heave with local favourites like Hainanese chicken rice balls, wok-fried chilli crab and grilled fish and prawn otak in banana leaf.
This 60's themed buffet is available for brunch ($25/child, $50/adult) from Aug 7-10 and dinner ($32.50/child, $65/adult) from Aug 6-10.
