Bay@5 National Day Menu

Mandarin Oriental's poolside lounge, Bay@5 will be offering a special National Day menu to indulge in while you watch the fireworks from the National Day parade. Expect cold cuts, cheeses, olives and grissini sticks ($48), as well as fresh Fin de Claire oysters served with red vinegar shallot sauce and fresh lemon ($48). For a fuller meal, go for the truffle pizza ($48) – white pizza topped with mozzarella, wild mushrooms, Mortadella ham and black truffle – or Neapolitan topped off with stracciatella cheese, lobster and beluga caviar ($48).
