Chef Patrick Heuberger, previously the executive chef of both Au Petit Salut and Le Bistrot du Sommelier, opens his new venture at the club house of Park West Condo in Clementi specialising in charcuterie, or cold cuts. Expect sausages starting from $10 for fine grind pork sausage to $16.80 for duck sausage with foie gras and pistachios nuts. Hams ($13) and pâtés ($9.80-$40) are available as well. Besides cold cuts, you can also get your fill of French bistro fare such as escargots ($15/8 pieces) and duck leg confit ($12). Live on the other side of town? Don't worry – Casse-croûte also delivers on Tue, Thu, Fri and Sat ($15 delivery charge unless your order adds up to over $100).
