Time Out says

Tea connoisseurs will appreciate Regent Singapore’s tea-infused snowskin mooncakes by Chef Leung Kwok Sing, who helms the dim sum kitchen at the Summer Palace at Regent Singapore.

Choose from infused cakes like the Regent blend (Darjeeling and jasmine tea) with lemon paste ($60/8 pieces), or the 18-year-old Pu’er tea with red dates ($60/8 pieces). Their regular snowskin selections are also available, from more traditional white lotus paste with yolk and melon seeds ($60/8 pieces), to their Granny Smith with lemongrass chocolate ($60/8 pieces), or the durian ($64/8 pieces) flavours. Not to be missed are also their baked mooncakes, including the 24-months cured Parma ham served with pork floss, orange peel and assorted nuts ($42/2pieces, $66/4pieces).

Order before Aug 25 at Regent Singapore (Aug 26-Sep 27), or at the Mid-Autumn festival booths at Takashimaya (Aug 27-Sep 27) and Chevron House (Aug 31-Sep 25), and enjoy an early bird discount of 25 percent.
