Celebrate SG50 with the Red Island Cocktail

Created to commemorate Singapore’s 50th birthday, drop by Bob’s Bar at Capella Singapore to try the Red Island cocktail ($26) from August. The cocktail made it through to the finals of the SG50 Toast to the Nation competition, which was organised to find the drink that best represented Singapore. The Red Island cocktail uses ingredients that represent the four main races of Singapore, Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian and also contains Shiraz wine.
