Sorrel's executive chef, Alex Phan, rallies with the wine experts at KOT Selections to create a seven-course dinner ($188) paired with premium champagnes ($288). Creations incorporate chestnuts with white truffles, beetroot with Christmas spices, and fruit cake with Grand Marnier. Diners can also look forward to Phan's interpretation of a 'Turducken' (that's a chicken stuffed in a duck stuffed in a turkey). Bubblies served include NV de Sousa Champagne Brut Grand Cru Cuvée 3A and NV Laberte Frères Champagne Brut Ultradition.
