Celebrate the season in the grand art deco surroundings of The Black Swan with its festive set lunch and dinner menus. Lunch are two- ($42) or three-course ($48) meals, with options like pan-roasted foie gras, marinated octopus salad, braised wagyu beef cheeks, and mushroom and truffle pappardelle. 

At dinner time, dine on a radish and endive salad, pan-roasted barramundi, or 365-day grain-fed US beef bolar blade, and end off the meal with desserts like The Black Swan fireball or ginger pumpkin pudding. 

On Christmas eve, a flute of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut NV is paired with with Alaskan snow crab and Avruga caviar, with five other courses ($108, add $55 for wine pairing) like poached Atlantic halibut, char-grilled wagyu rump camp, and a dark chocolate bar to fill the tummy. 

Also, The Black Swan puts on two dinner seatings (5-8pm, 8.30pm-late) for New Year's Eve, with five dishes ($108/first seating, $128/second seating) like veal two ways, Alaskan snow crab with cucumber, beets and truffle, and champagne ice cream with white chocolate and a berry compote to ring in 2016 with a happy food baby.
