This Ramadan, break fast at the Iftar buffet ($68/adult, $38/child) prepared by the Halal-certified StraitsKitchen at Grand Hyatt. The buffet features cuisine all over Asia, from Lebanese samke harra (grilled fish) and sharwarma to Hyderabadi biriyanis rice with lamb or seafood) and nasi kambing herba (slow-cooked herb mutton rice). Also included is a variety of desserts like baklava, fig, honey and walnut ice cream and sherbets. The buffet comes with selected free-flow juice, lassi (yoghurt drink), coffee and tea.
For those not observing Iftar, more dishes will be available in addition to the regular buffet for lunch ($45/adult, $25/children). Club at the Hyatt cardholders enjoy a 15% discount.
