Besides its regular buffet spread, heritage hawker stalls featuring local favourites including Hainanese chicken rice, claypot bak kut teh, Katong laksa and rojak will be set up as well. Don't forget to indulge in our most loved fruit at their durian corner to complete your local food fest, and after dinner, you can even head out to the hotel's outdoor harbour terrace to catch the National Day Parade fireworks.
The dinner is priced at $98/guest for food only, and $128/guest with free flow of house wines and beer.
