Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant at Sheraton Towers creates four new mooncake flavours for aficionados to enjoy this year. Fans of salted egg yolk can get their fill from the traditional baked mooncake with four yolks ($88/4 pieces), and if you can't decide between the baked and snow skin versions, the perfect solution comes in the form of the salted egg yolk snow skin mooncake ($56/8 pieces). Other new flavours include the green tea with yuzu truffle snow skin ($56/8 pieces) and the red date with apricot snow skin ($56/8 pieces). Get them in Sheraton Towers' specially-designed boxes, which come in three opulent designs.
The mooncakes will be available at Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant (11.30am-10.30pm) or Sheraton Towers Hotel Lobby (11am-9.30pm) from Aug 24 to Sep 27, as well as at various mooncake booths, including Change Alley (Aug 31-Sep 25), Takashimaya (Aug 27-Sep 27), Jurong Point (Sep 7-27), JEM (Sep 14-27), Ang Mo Kio Hub (Sep 14-27) and VivoCity (10am-10pm).
