Watch the New Year's Eve fireworks at Marina Bay from Kinki's rooftop perch when you sit in for a four-course dinner ($138, from 6-8.30pm) or a six-course meal ($188, from 9pm). Dishes include braised baby octopus, sashimi, wagyu ribeye with miso coriander butter, and pan-fried monkfish liver with pickles. Oh, and each meal comes with a complimentary glass of champagne.
