There's Japanese omakase, and then there's chef Omar Bernardi's OMAR-kase chef's table dinners at Dolce Vita. Set aside for only six diners every Friday night at the restaurant's kitchen-side bar counter, Bernardi and his team assemble and plate six-course surprise Italian meals ($150), keenly attuned to seasonal ingredients. Dolce Vita's Wine Spectator-lauded cellars also feature in the experience, with hotel sommelier Inthran Ramasamy selecting vintages to enhance the flavours on the plate.
