Look out for chef Damian D'Silva's South East Sliders pastry sandwiches, Kyle Henderson's (Lolla) sandwich shop Porsena's Deli, Pimp My Salad by Sarnie's Ben Lee and yakitori by Wildbird. Stone and Dough by Arteastique's signature dish will pack burger patties in calzones, and Squeezed will juice fruits to quench thirsts.
