Japanese restaurant Shun Ka Shuu Tou celebrates its second birthday with a traditional kaiseki dinner, put together by its head chef Jack Tan. The seven course meal ($98) is built around ingredients currently in season, like fresh water lilies, ayu sweetfish and tomatoes, jetted into town directly from Japan.
