Celebrate Singapore's hawkers and chefs with the inaugural STREAT dining event. With cooks picked and guided by chef Justin Quek of Sky on 57, treat yourself to both traditional Singaporean and fusion dishes from 16 stalls. There will also be a pop-up restaurant by the celebrated Quek, featuring a three-course menu ($35) which includes gula java crème brûlée and pacific oysters in ginger flower dressing. Also available is a cooking class, run by the celebrity chef himself.
STREAT is organised as part of the Singapore Food Festival 2015.
