Beauty junkies steeped in an addiction to Korean beauty products will lap up the offerings from this quirky Seoul-based beauty retailer. Setting up their first local outpost at bustling Far East Plaza, too cool for school’s schoolhouse-styled makeup and skincare line are designed to inject a little fun into a makeup case.
Lip tints are modelled after crayons ($12), blusher ($16) like paint tubes and the Dinoplatz line of skincare and makeup ($8-$70) features line drawings of dinosaurs overtaking the New York city skyline by New York architecture firm Cross Point New York. The same playfulness is translated in the vintage wood and tiled interiors of its store, which takes its cues from the school rooms of our childhoods, making the shopping experience as much of a visual treat as its range of products.
