The 45-minute distillery tour showcases the different ingredients that go into the gin as well as gives you a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how it's made – from separating the heads from the hearts to bottling and labelling. Once the more educational part of the tour is done, head up to the second floor to sample a tasting flight of three different gin expressions. You can choose to have more drinks at the bar on your own dime, or hop next door to Habitat by Honestbee to pick up dinner and more drinks.
