Gardens by the Bay kicks off their fifth anniversary celebrations with Youths Celebrate Sustainability. Sign the family up for Race to Sustainability ($14-$30), an 'Amazing Race' style programme where kids will learn about energy conservation and sustainability living.
There are also plenty of family fun workshops, too. Create your own air plant garden (1pm & 2pm), learn how to make a functional object out of cardboard (3pm & 4pm) or discover the art of recycling and reusing (3pm & 4pm). Each workshop is $30 per person, and advance registration is required.
Wanna try a little bit of everything? Visit the activity booths along the Supertree Grove (2-7pm, $2/craft) for short but fun craft activities.
