Jazz duo DOMi & JD BECK is set to perform live at the Singtel Waterfront Theatre at Esplanade on January 27, 2024, marking their first-ever live performance in Singapore.
Celebrated for their harmonic complexity, rhythmic shiftiness, and speed, their Jazz tunes fuse French keyboardist DOMi’s elements of '70s jazz fusion and the vibrant blips reminiscent of 2000s Pokémon soundtracks with American drummer JD Beck’s electronic flair.
Their first album, NOT TiGHT, released by Anderson Paak’s label Apeshit in collaboration with the legendary Blue Note Records, won them two Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist.
