Telecommunications and technology company MyRepublic is serving up a dose of live music every Wednesday and Friday starting from April 29 with Live by MyRepublic. The series streams live performances by eight homegrown artists including Mediacorp's Super Band II alumnus Jeeyon and Jukuleles member Ridhwan on its Facebook page. Feel the groove of genres ranging from pop to jazz, and feel free to interact with the artist in between songs. You can even request a song.
While keeping spirits lifted with music, the series also supports emerging artists who have been affected by event cancellations and closure of venues where they regularly perform. These artists are remunerated for their engagement during this initiative.
