Time Out says

Music is set to make a major comeback with the inaugural Mandala Weekender after a two-year hiatus of the Singapore Grand Prix. Mandala Club has teamed up with Marina Bay Sands for an event boasting incredible music and culture during the Singapore race weekend.

Kicking things off on September 30 is American hip hop duo Rae Sremmurd. Joining them are multi-platinum Grammy nominated artist Kelis, and house legend Armand van Helden. Saturday turns up the heat with Defected Label artist and producer Louie Vega spinning with his partner Anané; Fat Fish party promoter and DJ Orio will be supporting the same night with his signature mix of disco-funk, tribe and jungle with soulful house.

Go all out on Sunday, when English electronic music duo Basement Jaxx will get you moving hard to hits from their million-selling debut album Remedy. Fellow countrymen Rudimental will join to keep you dancing deep into the night with an irresistable drum and bass set.

Smashing music and great vibes aside – there's no forgetting that it's F1 weekend. The space will include a 30-metre LED screen which will stream the qualifying race from 7pm on Saturday and the full race on Sunday.

The three-day affair will be packed with performances that run from 10.30pm to 4.30am daily. Tickets for the Mandala Weekender are available to purchase with prices starting at $118 for general admission, and $148 for advance tickets. Tickets at the door will cost you $168. Get your tickets here.
