Ombak Hitam: The Dark Wave

Prior to the '60s, Kuning Sulaiman used to play in Lorong Abu Kassim (now Pasir Panjang) with his own group, Sri Bhagan Ghazal. Today, the 83-year-old traditional Malay music veteran shares the stage with his son, Zai Kuning, composer Tetsu Saitoh, and an ensemble consisting Qamar Baba, Mohamed Noor Ismail, Md Firdaus Mohamad and Shahirah Jamaludin at this showcase of Malay Ghazal and Asli styles of music.
