Philippe Quint: The Red Violin

Follow the tale of a haunted musical instrument à la the classic 1998 film The Red Violin with the multi-Grammy Award-nominated Russian-American violinist Philippe Quint. Together with John Corigliano's Oscar-winning soundtrack, the Singapore Symphony Orchestra's (SSO) principal guest conductor Andrew Litton is also juxtaposing Bernstein’s vibrant Candide Overture with the intensity of Shostakovich’s Tenth Symphony on stage.
