Time Out says

Don’t miss the opportunity to catch one of Singapore’s brightest young talents, 22 year-old Singaporean pianist Hao Jia, at this year’s President’s Young Performers Concert. Set to take place on September 23 at the Victoria Concert Hall, the multi award-winning pianist is set to impress with his performance of Rachmaninoff’s popular Third Piano Concerto. The second half of the concert will see Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) Associate Conductor Rodolfo Barráez lead the orchestra as they perform Mendelssohn’s popular Scottish Symphony.

Incepted more than two decades ago, the annual concert is a prestigious platform for talented local musicians to share the stage with the national orchestra, the SSO. Past editions of the President’s Young Performers Concerts have featured incredible musicians including Abigail Sin, Azariah Tan, Lim Yan, Chan Yoong-Han and Loh Jun Hong.

Visit the SSO’s website for more information and to book your tickets.
