Hiromitsu Agatsuma started learning the shamisen (a three-stringed Japanese instrument) at the age of six, and has been lauded for breathing new life into traditional Japanese music, fusing it with pop, rock and jazz. A two-time winner of the Japan Gold Disc Award’s Traditional Japanese Music Album of the Year, Agatsuma will be performing a variety of songs, both contemporary and old school.
