Not actually by the classical music giant of its name, this is Anton Brucknet’s Third Symphony, which references plenty of Wagenerian leitmotifs and apocryphal legends. Chinese star cellist Wang Jian joins the SSO for solo duties on Robert Schumann’s cello concerto.
