If La Liste is our annual food report card, then it’s safe to say that Singapore is consistently outdoing itself in the world of fine-dining. This year, the French food guide has named 17 restaurants from Singapore in its Top 1000 Restaurants list, standing proud alongside other top-notch dining establishments from around the world.

Singapore's 2026 tally is three more than in 2025. All the 14 restaurants from the previous edition of the ranking remain on the leaderboard, with Les Amis, Odette, and Zén once again being tied at the top with scores of 97.5 out of 100 each. Some other names have also risen up the ranks, with Cloudstreet, Meta, and Thevar now scoring 91, up from previous scores ranging between 75.5 to 83.

Joining these awardees are three new list entrants: Michelin-starred Malaysian restaurant Serojamodern Indian-influenced grill house Revolver, and Sushi Sakuta, the island’s newest two-Michelin-starred sushi restaurant which serves Edo-style omakase. Well-deserved. Hit the links for each of the restaurants to check out our reviews and find out what we love so much about them.
