The rumours are true – America's favourite burger stand is finally opening its doors in Singapore. The highly-anticipated Shake Shack Singapore flagship is slated to open in 2019 at Changi Airport's new swanky megamall Jewel which will be home to over 280 stores once completed. Partnered with the South Korea-based global food company SPC Group, the new East-meets-West flagship is bringing its A-game by bringing all its signature comfort food such as the all-natural Angus beef burgers chicken sandwiches, flat-top Vienna beef dogs, spun-fresh frozen custard, crinkle cut fries, craft beer and wine and more to the table.

The burger chain has celebrated years of major success since its 2004 opening in New York, and has since expanded across 180 locations in the U.S. and over 70 international locations including London, Dubai, Moscow, Tokyo, Seoul and more, which have garnered them a dedicated fanbase and endless queues of eager burger-beavers. Earlier this year in May, Hong Kong welcomed Shake Shack with plenty of buzz, and it doesn't stop there – a second opening is planned to open at Pacific Place towards the end of the year.
