Dining-in measures are set to ease from March 29 onwards for F&B outlets, including hawker centres and coffee shops. The size limit for social gatherings will be adjusted to groups of 10 vaccinated people, which applies to the number of household visitors as well.

The restriction on the sale and consumption of alcohol will also be lifted when dining out, so we no longer have to hurry to down a bottle of wine before the clock ticks 10.30pm.

Live performances will also be allowed, but performers will have to be mindful to keep to the required group size of 10 vaccinated people. There is no confirmation yet on whether the audience has to be seated or not. Recorded entertainment and live broadcast programmes will also be allowed.

There is also no update yet on the resumption of nightlife activities like bars, pubs, nightclubs and karaoke clubs – but this is still in talks and we will be getting news on it soon.
