Can you hear the jingle bells ringing already? That’s right – the festive season is officially upon us. Orchard Road is twinkling brighter than a Christmas bauble factory, Resorts World Sentosa is glowing green and pink for its Wicked takeover, and now, Changi Airport and Jewel are joining the festive fray with a magical Disney-themed celebration from take-off to touchdown. Inspired by Disney Cruise Line’s upcoming ship, the Disney Adventure, this year-end extravaganza brings together dazzling light and music shows, whimsical installations, and plenty of photo ops from now till January 4, 2026. Here’s where to start.
All aboard the festive voyage at Jewel Changi Airport
Jewel’s Rain Vortex transforms nightly into a shimmering stage for The Magic of Adventure, a 3.5-minute Disney Cruise Line-themed light and music showcase that sails through beloved Disney, Pixar and Marvel worlds.
Down in the Forest Valley, a towering 16-metre-tall Christmas tree twinkles with Mickey-shaped ornaments and nautical details, while Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie stand proudly as four-metre-tall topiaries ready for their close-up. Over at Canopy Park, the festive fun continues with three themed zones. Spot Woody, Buzz and Jessie in a bubbly bath-inspired Toy Story setup, stroll through a princess-worthy stained-glass archway at the Foggy Bowls, and catch Duffy and friends at a heartwarming Friend Ship installation in the Petal Garden. Snowfall sessions happen nightly at these two spots – because no Christmas feels complete without it.
And since it’s the gifting season too, be sure to shop exclusive Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars merch at the Disney Store pop-up at Jewel’s Basement 1 Atrium.
Get into the Christmas spirit at Terminal 3
Over at T3 Departure Hall, it’s full steam ahead on a 6.5-metre Disney Adventure ship installation helmed by Captain Mickey and Minnie. Surrounding it are four themed photo spots designed like storybook pop-ups inspired by the Disney Adventure’s fan-favourite stories and characters from Disney, Pixar and Marvel. There’s also another themed photo zone that celebrates Disney royals like Snow White and Elsa, and features Frozen’s Olaf’s dining room and a sleek Iron Man display overlooking Marvel Landing.
Keep an eye out for daily snow shows, Disney character meet-and-greets, and the Unleash the Holidays Carnival filled with themed game booths and claw machines. Feeling crafty? Head to T3 Basement 2 to make your own Disney Cruise Line tote bag, travel journal or mug – perfect souvenirs for your magical day out.
Discover Disney at Terminals 1 and 2
The festivities continue across the terminals. At Terminal 1, Big Hero 6’s Baymax makes a cuddly appearance amid a San Fransokyo-inspired setup, while T2 hosts adorable topiaries of Duffy the Disney Bear, ShellieMay and StellaLou.
In the spirit of giving, Changi Airport is also bringing you closer to the ultimate holiday – a three-night Disney Adventure cruise in an oceanview stateroom.
