The next time you visit Sentosa, be sure to stop by Gourmet Park at Resorts World Sentosa. Created by Food Truck Nation (the same folks behind The Goodburger), Gourmet Park is Singapore’s largest food truck and container park, where you can take a culinary journey around the world led by award-winning chefs and some of the most exciting food concepts in Singapore.

The vibrant, alfresco space is home to at least 18 food trucks and containers. There are lots to try here, such as burgers from Singapore’s most famous food truck The Goodburger, popular nasi lemak at Dickson Nasi Lemak, elevated wanton noodles at Chun Noodle Bar, smoked meats by award-winning chef Ivan Yeo at Blue Smoke, and moreish Indian street eats by Chef Vikramjit Roy at The Kathi Roll Co.

Other recognisable names include TikTok sensation Lavi Taco, IG-famous bombolonis from Spank My Dough, and Mad Roasters, a beloved hawker-café serving specialty coffees at Amoy Street Food Centre. Seafood lovers can hit up Bleu Seafood Bar, Luke’s Lobster and Blue Lotus.

You can also try cool international fare without leaving Singapore’s shores. One concept is Jamba, a smoothie stand from California with refreshing frozen fruit drinks that are perfect for beating Singapore’s heat. And if you’re on a vegan diet, you can safely indulge with Coolhaus, a cult favourite brand from Los Angeles that is known for having fantastic ice cream that’s lactose-free and animal-free.

To keep things fresh, Gourmet Park also has F&B concepts on rotation – a great reason to go back again and again. If you missed the pop-ups by Michelin-starred chef Nishi Raleendra of Kotuwa and award-winning chef Alain Devahive of Olivia Restaurant, there’s no need to fret because Gourmet Park will soon be announcing exciting new collaborations.

Gourmet Park is shaping up to be more than a lively eating spot too. Recently, it was the venue for Truck Yeah! A Food Truck Block Party organised by music promoters Wild Pearl, Manifest and GrooveTop. You can look forward to more pop-up parties and events at Gourmet Park in the future.
