If you're looking for a unique yet low-effort activity during the year-end holidays, a festive Pokémon-themed cable car ride might just do it for you. Singapore Cable Car is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and to do just that, it has decked out all 67 of its cabins with merry illustrations of the popular animation characters.

Most will be familiar with the iconic red and white Poké ball cabins. Now, four new Poké ball designs have joined the line-up. There's the upgraded red and blue Great Ball, the powerful black and yellow Ultra Ball, the rare purple and pink Master Ball, and the lovely pink Love Ball.

There's more waiting at Mount Faber Peak. Vintage cabins featuring Pokémon characters like Jigglypuff, Psyduck, and Snorlax are waiting to star in your perfect photo. Mount Faber Leisure Group has also set up a large festive photo wall adorned with Pokémon from the Kanto Region, Galar and Paldea. Pose with Charmander, Bulbasaur, Yamper and Pawmi for an unforgettable Christmas.
