For those who have an appetite for all things horror, good news because Universal Studios Singapore’s Halloween Horror Nights is back this year after an excruciating two-year hiatus.

The fan-favourite event ran every year from 2011, before taking a break in 2020 due to the pandemic. In 2021, it turned into a Halloween Horror Nights Exhibition instead of the usual programming. This year, it is set to return for its 10th edition, running from September 30 to November 6.

The series will run across 19 nights and feature never before seen haunted houses, laser tag, scare zones, a dining experience and a behind-the-scenes tour as well. The event promises plenty of thrills and chills, so expect this year’s event will just be as terrifying as the recent ones. Like its previous editions, visitors can walk through haunted houses complete with scare zones. In the past, we've walked through Pontianak-infested villages, the Upside Down from Stranger Things, a haunted mall, an old Shanghai-style lounge with vampires, a shaman's den and more.

Thrill-seekers on the other hand can try their hand at an interactive horror-themed game of laser tag. To complete the experience, go on the behind-the-scenes tour to see how USS makes the famous attraction come to life.

If you’re afraid of your kids getting nightmares, opt for USS’ daytime Halloween event. Highlights include a park-wide procession showcasing all-new original characters as well as meet and greets. The family-friendly event will run from September 7 to November 6.

More details and ticketing information about the haunted houses will be revealed soon so stay tuned for updates. Thinking of signing up for a side project? Halloween Horror Nights is also looking for talented scare actors to ensure fans get a good scare at the event. Sign up to audition and show your best spooky side from June 9 to 19.
