Experience the Thrill with a life-sized VCARB F1 LEGO Big Build, racing challenges and exclusive shopping rewards

Come October, Singapore shifts into race mode. And this year, Suntec City is getting in on the action with an exciting experience that brings together the thrill of F1 and the creativity of LEGO.
From October 1 to 18, the mall’s Atrium (Tower 3 and 4) transforms into a race-inspired experience, where you can get up close to a life-sized VCARB F1 LEGO Big Build, take on interactive challenges and pick up exclusive F1 merchandise. There’s plenty more beyond the track too, from shopping rewards and dining to F1 ticket-holder perks.
Whether you’re a die-hard racing fan, a LEGO lover or simply looking for something fun to do with the family, here’s how to Experience the Thrill.
Start your engines with a 400,000-brick LEGO F1 car
The main event is a life-sized VCARB F1 LEGO Big Build, built from more than 400,000 LEGO elements. The full-sized build has even been displayed on an actual F1 circuit by Visa Cash App RB VCARB team drivers during the Miami Grand Prix Drivers’ Parade. Naturally, this calls for a race-worthy photo – preferably one that makes you look like you’ve just joined the pit crew.
Make time for more podium-worthy photos
You’ll find more photo opportunities at the 3-metre by 2-metre LEGO mosaic wall, featuring LEGO McLaren F1 Team MCL38 Race Car, LEGO BWT Alpine F1 Team A524 Race Car, and LEGO Audi Revolut F1 Team R26 Race Car models on the tarmac. Created in partnership with Adult LEGO Fans (ALFs), the artwork is also a community-built creation. ALFs will lay the foundation before members of the public can add their own LEGO builds through a guided activity to help bring the mosaic to life.
That’s not all – there are also LEGO F1 installations at the entrance near Esplanade MRT and the walkway outside BYD by 1826.
Get your LEGO F1 Race Pass and complete four challenges
Now it’s your turn to get behind the wheel – sort of. Create your own LEGO F1 Race Pass and take on four interactive zones inspired by the skills racing drivers need: speed, precision, reaction and focus. Complete three out of four challenges to collect enough e-stamps to unlock a reward, while stocks last.
First, test your engineering skills at The Gear-Up Zone, where you’ll have 30 seconds to study an F1 car-inspired steering wheel and correctly assemble its components. Then put your reflexes to the test at The Sprint Zone. Follow a sequence of red lights and hit the button precisely when they all turn red – all within 10 seconds. The top three participants can also get the chance to win LEGO F1 sets.
At The Speed Zone, steer around the F1-inspired track, and put your speed, precision and concentration to work. Finally, strike a winning pose at The Victory Zone alongside a LEGO F1 Racer Minifigure, snap a digital photo and share it on social media to collect your final e-stamp.
Little racers aged four to 12 who complete the challenges can receive a LEGO Steering Wheel, while participants aged 13 and above can get a LEGO voucher, while stocks last.
Take the fun home
Still not ready to leave the grid? The LEGO Certified Store (Bricks World) retail pop-up opens from 10.30am to 9.30pm daily and sits alongside the activation, with an extensive selection of race-related LEGO merchandise and brick-built race cars to take home.
Turn your pit stop into a full day at Suntec City
Once you’ve completed your mission, stick around and explore Suntec City’s shops and restaurants. During the campaign period, qualifying shoppers can unlock Suntec+ rewards with one same-day transaction: spend a minimum of $20 to get free parking after 5pm on weekdays; $80 for four hours of free parking on weekends and public holidays; $120 for a $5 Suntec City e-Voucher; and $180 for a $10 e-Voucher. Rewards are available from October 1 to 18, while stocks last.
Foodies can also make their pit stop count, with up to $45 F&B e-Vouchers available through the Suntec+ Rewards Catalogue for participating stores including Coucou Hot Pot Brew Tea and Tea Me Tea, Genki Sushi, HarriAnns, Kiwami Gyoza and Ramen, LONGJING, Sushiro, TONSHOU and Wonderful Bapsang, subject to minimum spends and availability.
If you’ve already got tickets to the F1 race, remember to bring them along: F1 ticket holders can flash their race tickets to unlock additional deals at participating Suntec City stores throughout October.
