Hello Kitty is making a return to McDonald’s, this time as an adorable meal carrier that will add a kawaii touch to your takeaway meal. And if the demand for the My Melody Holder last year were any indication, expect queues when the Hello Kitty Carrier is launched on November 14 from 7am. Singapore is the first country where this Hello Kitty Carrier is launched.

The limited-edition carrier will cost $7.90 each with purchase of any Extra Value Meal or Doubles Feast, and will be sold in-store through front counters and self-ordering kiosks (except McDonald’s Tampines Shell, Hougang Shell, and Tampines Kiosk). Each customer will also be limited to two carriers per transaction.
Fans of the Sanrio character can also look forward to a special Hello Kitty filter that will be available on McDonald’s Instagram page (@mcdsg). Try it from November 12 onwards; the filter features cat ears and the iconic red bow that’s every bit as cute as the carrier.
